Refund Policy
All the digital products, templates, and courses sold by Planners By Kat are not eligible for return. No refund is permitted.
Physical Products
Refunds are not available for physical products. Please let me know within seven days if something you receive is damaged by shipping. Before I can send any replacements, I need a photo of the damaged item.
We do not accept exchanges on personalized items, items that have been used, items with missing parts, or items that have been damaged due to customer misuse.
The store reserves the right to deny any return or exchange that does not comply with the outlined return policy.
Unfortunately, I have little control over when a physical product is sent once it has left our facility. Major holidays can cause significant delays. Please order early to ensure timely arrival.
